These are wonderful pain relief patches because they really work. The smell is noticeable though. I got the 60 pack so that it would last me a while. The adhesive is okay and does stick fairly well, but if you lie down with them they tend to come off. They’re easy to apply and don’t really hurt when you peel them off. They come wrapped in packs to keep the freshness (yes that’s a thing lol).

While not a cure, they’re a great addition to a pain management routine. Affordable, effective, and portable, they’re worth trying if you’re looking for fast-acting topical relief. My favorite pain patch for my knees! I can put one on before work, it will help with the pain all day, about 8 hours! The smell isn't too overpowering either. You can tell a difference as soon as you put the patch on. It's easy to put on, stays on, and easy to take off. Highly recommend. It's works on multiple places on the body too!

My Orthopedic PA suggested that I use Salonpas cream for my leg pain. It worked very well so when I saw the patches I decided to try them. Excellent decision!I use them on my knee and shoulder. Pain no longer wakes me at night.The only reason that I gave it a four is because the patches don't always stick very well.I make certain that I have extras so I don't run out.Great purchase.

Salonpas is a great product. Easy to apply. Eases pain quickly. Slight odor but I don’t mind that at all.

Very good value for the price. I don't even mind the smell because it's so effective. Excellent for back pain. I fell and was having trouble navigating because of pain. These patches decreased the pain enough so that I was up and about minutes after putting it on. Lasted all night.

I’ve been using Salonpas patches for years now, and they’ve seriously been a lifesaver. As a student, I spend hours hunched over my desk studying for finals, and I always end up with terrible back and neck pain. Every time, I just stick a patch on the sore spot, and within 5 minutes, I can already feel the pain easing up. The relief lasts at least six hours too, which is perfect for those long study sessions. Honestly, I don’t know what I’d do without them!

Tiny patches. I should have taken out a ruler and measured out how small they were. I used maybe 12 of them to place alone the spine. My back muscles were spasming and in severe pain but I was optimistic and hopeful for any little help. It smelled good and that at least helped make me feel better. But the patches did tend to roll up and hard to unroll them. Then when I finally went to take them off, they were very stuck to my skin. Removing them was not very pleasant.I would suggest maybe for mild pain, this therapy would be good to try.
