Saw this stuff around social media and, I believe, at the Olympics with the women weight lifters (I'm assuming that's what they were sniffing before heading out through the curtains).The little screw on lids on both ends are nice quality. The menthol is sinus clearing and a really nice pick-me-up if you are feeling tired or happen to be around stinky humid air (like in a busy downtown).My oldest was fighting some nausea for a few days and found this helpful to sniff to ward of a wave.I just keep it in my coin pocket of my jeans next to my Bluetooth headphones so it's on me when I want a little sniff. It's been a month and I don't feel like it's a habit or anything. Just a nice little extra to have to help ground myself and feel a little fresher.

I found this aromatherapy nasal Inhaler on Amazon and was thrilled. I used this all the time in Thailand but hard to find something similar in the States. I was surfing on Amazon and found it here. I use this to wake up in the morning, great for nasal congestion or when I need to take a breather. Will buy this product again.

I bought this because I saw a video of people using these in another country and questioned what it was. So i deep dived into the comments on it. Then I googled it and then came straight to Amazon.I’m so glad I found this product. It does what everyone said. An extra bonus was that I slept through the night like a baby maybe because I could breath but I love this product. Glad I bought the 3 pack because I keep it next to me, one in my nightstand and one in my handbag.

At first glance, they are very tiny. But if they were any larger, they wouldn't fit in your nose. They are literally the Perfect size! Very powerful, clears up nasal passages quite well. I will definitely buy these again.
