Expected Nordic ware great quality
Made a cranberry orange loaf. The loaf came out easily and the design was clear. Received many compliments both on the looks and taste of the loaf! Cleaning was very easy. The pan itself is of typical of good Nordic ware quality. Would definitely recommend.

Worked like a charm and looks great!
Used Smitten Kitchen's Lemon Loaf recipe and used the Jubilee Loaf and Heritage Loaf pans. Using Pam + Flour spray for the pans they came out perfectly. I've been using the flour/oil/shortening release for a while but recently have been finding that combo not releasing nicely.As mentioned with the Pam they slid out perfectly after 10 minutes cooling and couldn't be happier.
