Got a massage table for Xmas and these tools are the best!

Anyone that has sore muscles this is a great tool , easy to use , size is perfect for even small hands , great for deep tissue massage , pain relief with aches and stiffness, nice design , good weight not to heavy , easy to clean if you use oil

I used this once a week on my back & my arms. I work a physical job and I am recovering from a car accident. It helps tremendously. I use with Lubriderm lotion. Use it going one direction until you start to get red and then stop. You don’t need a lot of pressure. Do it a few times a week but wait between days. Drink lots of water on the days you use this. It’s loosening up on your muscle juice to help them move around more.Cons:I don’t love the weird brown felt case. I think it’s ugly. But the tool does the job! Recommend!

I bought two of these to scrape some stubborn fascia. They are little too sharp and don't sit in ones hands nicely.Perhaps I'm using it wrong. I'll visit a masseuse and update.
