Excellent customer service, quality affordable product
We've recently purchased multiple TONGVEO PTZ cameras for our offices. Unfortunately, through a series of unfortunate events, the remote to control the camera went missing and was likely discarded. Fortunately, a quick message to the seller about where to get a replacement received a speedy response and a request for an address to send a replacement.The camera works flawlessly for our small- and medium-sized conference rooms. The presets are very useful in quickly jumping on a call and not wasting time fiddling with getting the camera pointed and zoomed in just the right location. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone needing a PTZ camera for their conference room.The microphone is also very helpful. One of our conference rooms has employees quite a distance from the equipment, but the mic connects and works just fine via Bluetooth. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great image quality camera

Conference Phone Died in 4 Months
We thought this was great when we got it. And then the Tongveo speakerphone just wouldn't turn on one day. We have tried different things to no avail. So we tried to get ahold of Tongveo - no warranty - no return - our problem. So I asked, since it is a set, if I could just buy the speakerphone. Nope. And no access to Tongveo customer service - just Amazon. I would beware before buying.

It works great!
A little worried about whether this would be easy to use or not. But I was able to set it up and do a video conference in our conference room for my boss. The quality is nice !

Microphone doesn't last
Worked well for about 2 months. Camera is still fine but the microphone on 2 of the 3 sets we bought have serious audio quality issues now.

Wouldn't pair with Receiver and Different than Pictured
I ordered two of these and one looked like pictured and the other didn't. This remote looks different than pictured and the speaker would not pair with the supplied usb receiver. Also, when i used any app with the camera it would lock up the pc. if I unplugged the camera everything worked again. If this is a newer model than the other one I got, they have some bugs to fix. I'm happy with first one.

Good product. The directions are mostly useless but it is not hard to figure out and set up.
Good product. The directions are mostly useless but it is not hard to figure out and set up. Plug in the power cord, Plug in the USB A and HDMI cords, plug the dongle into your PC, set your audio/video to the camera and you are up and running.

Needs Wifi for the webcam.
Very happy with this webcam and Bluetooth microphone, I do wish that the webcam was also Bluetooth, that's the reason for an overall rating of 4 stars.
