Hubby chose this model. I'm grateful that technology has caught up with low flow. It works well and looks nice. The dual flush is easy to navigate. You will need a seat/lid for it and a new wax ring.The first one that arrived did have a hold in it and it leaked. eFaucets were amazing to work with. I'm so grateful that they're professional and treated us like valued customers. They took care of filing the claim with Kohler and sent us another bowl. Hubby had concerns about buying on Amazon. Don't. It's easy and safe.Hubby spent a lot of time looking at the two so he could be sure we weren't going to get another one that leaked. And we did find it (little hole where it was just a depression in the new one). New bowl installed easily and works well. We'll be ordering another one for the last bathroom from efaucets. Soon. We need a little break from toilets.

missing parts to start with, installation is harder than other cheaper brand, found water leak under the bowl after installation -- tube under the bottom of the bowl has cracks, apparently bad quality control. uninstallation is also harder than other cheaper branch because the tank hold a lot of water.

A nice dual flush toilet. A bit noisy when flushing and a little low when sitting. But overall satisfied

Ordered this toilet on a Friday and it was delivered (free) on Monday afternoon....perfect condition and amazing packaging for protection. Our plumber wanted 6 weeks to special order the same item! Just love its design, flushes completely and quietly every time with minimal water use. Absolutely love it!

Update: 1 1/2 years in and still not 1 clog! I am getting this again to replace another toilet in the house, I like it that much.I have been using the Koehler K-3988-0 for about 2 months now. While the toilet I replaced clogged regularly (even on its last day... like a going away present), the Koehler has yet to clog once! It is also much quieter then I am used to. The only thing I wish was different would be the handle location. I now realize that a handle on the front left side would have been easier to reach. It being on the side (as was clearly shown) does not loose any stars since it is my fault for not realizing this would be a preference until after the purchase (and I’m only putting it here so others might consider this one detail in their search for a perfect throne). Other than that, it is a toilet and works very well as such.

I sent it back. Trying to decipher what is meant by "standard", "right height", "universal" and "comfort height", is a quagmire. I had wanted a taller toilet so I was looking for anything but "standard". I asked questions, some answered, some not. Anyway, this is attractive and, of course, worked just fine but it is too low for these old knees.

The hinges were broken on the lid & i cannot successfully get Kohler to supply a new hinge. It's frustrating. So easy to purchase but a nightmare to get a broken piece resolved.

Never thought of ordering a toilet from Amazon,first checked lowes and home depot and Kohler,Best price and shipping was Amazon,Couldn't be happier with the product,Dual flush which is great for saving water.The only part I was confused on is that it included the handle,I had also ordered one,but I guess its good to have an extra on hand.
