BougeRVISE049L Solar Panel, Z Mount Brackets

I used these on my Renogy 100W 12V Panels to mount to my curved RV Roof. They lined up with the pre-made holes. I used blue thread locker on the bolts holding the mounts to the panels. Also I swapped out the supplied screws; they came with 1.5" self drilling screws. That's way to long for an RV roof, also the self drilling/tapping screws aren't recommended for wood (they carve out the wood you want to bite into). So I swapped out with 3/4 stainless screws (not self drilling). Install was simple and no problems. Mounts are aluminum so no worries of rust or erosion. Sealed it all with Dicor Self leveling sealant.

Does not line up with holes in BougeRV 170 watt panel properly. Screw goes in at angle. Also you will need to add 4 more flat washers to this kit properly.

Nice way to mount your solid solar panel flat on a roof (IF you can't use tilt mounting, which you really want to...)

I'm surprised to be the only one to mention this but I had to drill out and extend the attachment holes on these brackets to make them fit my BougeRV Solar Panel. You'd think they would fit like a glove! Not a difficult process but any oddity none the less.

I used these brackets to install 50 watt solar panel. It came with bolts washers and screws to secure it. Great product!
