This Di Oro spatula is a kitchen must-have! It's incredibly sturdy thanks to the stainless-steel core, which makes it a go-to for stirring things like thick and heavy batters. An added plus: I don't have to worry about the spatula portion dislodging from the handle. I've had that happen a few times with my wooden-handle spatulas and it is no fun. The heat resistance (handles up to 600°F!) means I can use it for anything from stirring sauces to flipping burgers on the griddle. While by no means crucial, the bright colors add a touch of fun to my kitchen. If you're looking for a durable, versatile, and stylish spatula, look no further! I've already purchased three as I slowly phase out my wooden handle spatulas.

This is well made and feels like it will last a long time. I have used it in sauces with turmeric and so far I am not seeing discoloration issues. The length is good and it works well for stirring, the only place it falls a little short on is scraping bowls, I think it is the shape of the “blade” (not sure if that’s the technical term for it) it is not rounded enough for a bowl shape. For cooking pots with straight edges it works very well.The color I got is a little lighter than what is pictured, more of a light lavender, but it is still a pretty color.Overall I would say this is a good buy that will last and work for a variety of things, just not as great for bowls.

Shipping took awhile, but the spatula arrived in good shape and performed well. Very happy with the product. But it developed a small tear; we have no idea how it happened. Contacted the company and they honored their lifetime guarantee in record time. We had a replacement just a few days later. And then after receiving a replacement we received an email asking if we had received it, and then a few weeks later another email asking if we were happy with it. And there was a real, live person on the other end of the email who was very concerned that we were happy with their product. I rarely give reviews and even more rarely give 5-star reviews, but this kitchen spatula and the company that makes it deserves it!
