sound and quality is good, giving 3 stars because it takes time to get comfortable with a person having goggles or eye specksyou can have other options int his budget, if you buy it as your first product you will not disappoint and if you have cX180 experienced earlier don't buy this

This is not for base lovers. You will get more balanced sound and this is what iem's are designed for.

It's has hissing sound cause by jack I think it's manufacturing defect I want to claim warranty but I don't have any mediam of contact for service

Clarity and noice cancellation is good. But lacking base ,and im facing an issue were the volume is decreasing automatically jst after 8 days. I saw the same issues in the comments...but ,still i brought. I regret. Its a bit over hyped, even though its having good clarity ,its not in that level as other reviews suggest

First of all, the cable that came with my unit is mislabelled right & left side. I knew from other KZ iems that the right ear goes to the side with the mic. But it was labelled as left and the other one right. So, I connected it that way thinking they might have updated their cables. But no, stereo was reversed. Had to connect left to the right and vice versa to fix it.It comes in a typical KZ style box, with similar accessories. Build quality isn't bad. IEM housing isn't oversized. Comes with a basic silicone tips.Sound quality is good. Didn't feel the sharpness at the treble region as much as EDX/EDX pro. Sound stage is decent.Not much to complain about.
