Love this creamer for decanting from a large carton of half n half
This is such a handy little pourer.. I can buy a big, cheaper carton of half n half (ultra pasteurized), pour some in this creamer and put the big carton in the back of the fridge where it is coldest. I'll use it all up before it goes bad and ounce for ounce it is cheaper than buying a smaller carton.I worried the cream would go bad in the creamer, but I don't even wash it until the whole half gallon carton has been emptied in to the creamer (several creamers full). It all stays fresh and is easier to remove from the fridge each morning.The lid does pop up, which concerned me at first, but again, the cream stays good for about a month, even if a little air gets in.
