Common replacement
I’m not handy but I was able to replace this on my exterior home AC condenser with the help of YouTube. A failed capacitor is the most common reason for the AC condenser to stop working suddenly. It was easy to do this but beware that the old capacitor can hold electricity when the power is off so make sure to discharge that prior to touching the wiring of the AC condenser (if needed). Usually it is not an issue. Product works well!

Perfect replacement and cool house again
This was the perfect replacement capacitor for my AC. After a few YouTube videos (and prayer), the switch was easy and my home is cool again. So glad I found this.

Worked great for my hot tub pump
The specs and dimensions were just right to use this as a replacement for my 5hp hot tub pump motor. I didn't use the fan lead, just the compressor lead. My hot tub motor starts right up now.

Not an exact replacement size wise but smaller height not a problem for most
Whenever I search for HVAC parts it always feels like you are being deliberately misled. Motors, pumps, and electrical components are often rebranded and renumbered and yet they are identical parts. Part numbers are essentially a moving target as the years go buy and this simple capacitor is no different. Is it worth paying 18 dollars for a 10 dollar part just because the description has that 12 year old part number (97F9970) from a random manufacturer in the description even though that number is nowhere to be found on the actual part itself when you get it? Only you can decide. The specs on this unit were very close to the specs on the capacitor it replaced. Although a inch or so shorter it still fit snuggly into the bracket on my AC unit without the need for modification.
