New Atrauman AG Dressings 10 cm x 10 cm Pack of 5

Firstly, this product is worth every penny!Following a skin graft from my hip, (10cm x 10cm ), it was a wound that needed to be kept clean and moist but also I wanted it to heal over. These silver patches, not only protect gently, they do NOT stick to the open wound making it kinder and unpainful to change and keep clean. These are non adhesive so used with a soft pad on top then covered with a plaster of choice, these are breathable and therefore aid healing and keep germ free. I used 1 pad and left it for 48 hrs, this made a massive difference in such a short space of time before returning to 'Atrauman wound contact layer' dressings. Both are fine material and equally gentle. I cannot praise this product enough. Hospitals won't supply as they are expensive, but this pack of 5 was just £9.99!They can be cut to any size or shape and are just brilliant. Highly recommended. Thank you.

These are actually powered by magic and fairy dust! I’m amazed at the healing acceleration when using them! Top job.

These patches are amazing to stop bandages sticking to open wounds. Unlike gauze, they have a coating which prevents sticking. They are easy to cut to size and so much cheaper than buying them from the Chemist.

Very good for helping healing. Highly recommended.

Wound care

Gauze stuck to my open wound. I was after a gauze that would not stick to the wound. Not only did it stick but when I removed the gauze the scab and skin came away as well. I will add that my skin is extremely fragile so hugely disappointed
