The quality of this make up remover is so great that if I add water to make it a bit more liquidy, it will still maintain the super thick consistency that is the main characteristic of this product. Super gentle on the face, yet able to remove the thoughest make up. I just keep buying it. And my daughter loves out too now

I find it hard to find cosmetic products that are affordable AND cruelty free. This product hits both of those marks. In addition it works really well. I use it to remove eye makeup. I only need a little bit, rub it on my closed eyelids, count to ten and then wipe it off with a cotton pad. It takes off all of the mascara and eyeshadow and does not irritate my eyes. I would strongly recommend this product to others.

This is great at removing my eye makeup. It is a lotion so not greasy and removes easily. It also doesn’t not Sting my eyes. My only complaint is the bottle. It is very hard to squeeze and I am not weak. I don’t know why they made the decision to use this type of container. A stand up tube would have been a much better option, or even a jar.

Love this product!! It does NOT leave a greasy residue like some other eye makeup removers. It's creamy and gentle yet gets all the makeup off, and you don't have to use half the bottle to do it. Years ago I used Ponds but finally got tired of the perfume and greasy residue it left behind. BWC is the best I have used. It could be priced a little better, but, what can we do, right?

great for removing face makeup. eyemakeup burns so bad! Doesn't even remove waterproof that well so the burn isn't worth it

I ordered this product because I wanted a creamy type of eye makeup remover that was also fragrance free. This product did both. It is so gentle and non-drying. It works great !! It doesn't just clean your eye makeup but also your entire face. This is such a great find, will definitely be ordering more.

Very clean and nontoxic and really works to get off eye makeup. Stings a bit if you get it in your eye but the sting does not last.I would get it again but looking for no sting at all. Maybe I will go ack to my jojoba oil.

I have used Eminence herbal eye make-up remover and Jason's natural eye make-up remover pads, both of which irritated my eyes and was not very effective in removing my eye liner and mascara. I do not use waterproof mascara by the way, so I can not vouch for the effectiveness in removing that. I do use Revlon ColorStay eyeliner, Maybelline mascara (and Rejuva Minerals eye shadow) and this BWC eye make-up remover gets it ALL off! It does not irritate my eyes, it's creamy (like a moisturizer), and it does not leave a greasy feeling on my eyes after I've wiped it off.I will be using this product from now on as I feel my search for a chemical free eye make-up remover has ended. I also use the BWC Vit C with CoQ10 facial cleanser and LOVE that too! This company is really on the right track for those of us who are looking for good chemical free products that work and are reasonably priced.
