Quality,sturdy and petite look
It has very high quality flexible hose,and the make of the facuet is of high quality stainless steel. Very sturdy too. Easy to operate ,has both hot and cold.

The silicone spout broke within 3 months.
The silicone spout broke within 3 months. The warranty was invoked and the company sent a replacement free of cost which is working well.

Waste product
The media could not be loaded. Im using this for almost last 1 month all of sudden i heard water leaking sound I checked that the new mixture is leaking i called plumber he open that mixture n told me that sire there is no point nut is 3rd class and now i need to change wholePlease users don’t buy this if you have extra time and money then only I suggest you can buy

I ordered two of these. Recieved the product in great condition. Installation was done by local plumber, and it looks very aesthetic for contemporary kitchens. Water stream can be controlled, and it works well. It is an excellent option for kitchen tap that doesn’t break the bank.

Product is good and easy to install. I installed it myself.
The o-ring or rubber seal was of bad quality and was not of perfect size, it tore after installation and was leaking ,had to replace it with new one , rest product is good and satisfactory as of now.

Kitchen sink mixer
It was not easy to fix the mixer as the size was a little odd and the water flow is very less compared to the old tap. I am little disappointed

Bad product and after service (90 days warranty only )
The media could not be loaded. This is the current status of the flexible dual flow spout . I purchased this since in amazone its mentioned 7 years warranty . When i complained to them related to this issue they rejected saying this spout part has only 90 days warranty .My Advice is better buy it from a reputed well established brand rather than from these kinds of uncilized brands who cheats buyers with 7 yr warrantyThe below is the actual warranty what u will get .
