Need to give it some time and get some Labs to see if improve my HDL.

Taste good lemon flavor recommend to take at night. Breath will smell like fish.

Have been taking this for 5 years or more as my Functional MD told me I needed to take it. Not my favorite as its Liquid oil, but I dont have a problem swallowing a tsp full.

I liked this Fish Oil because it doesn’t bother my stomach like fish oil tablets would.

I hate fish! A suggestion for other fish stink haters:I take a bite of food I like (often breakfast or supper), swallow it, but while the good taste is still in my mouth, I quickly slide in the spoonful of fish oil and swallow it, followed by another bite of the nice food. Also, quickly wipe the oil off my lips to prevent prolonged tasting.Have used oatmeal, yogurt, pasta, bread, sandwich, you name it - I could not abide fish oil without this get-rid-of-the-taste quick method!This is a good quality product recommend by my doctor, and I have taken it for years.I hope this method can help someone else, as fish oil is too expensive and useful to throw away!

Tastes fine, small flavor but very dealable (and I am very picky). Would buy again.
