Amazing watch under ₹4000. The product is good in quality of material used. The OS is bit laggy but can be improved. The mobile app is worst, the UI is not user friendly, very much laggy. No functionality, no proper customisation. You can ignore using the app. The watch gets the job done. Cant tell about the accuracy, i tried many brand watches and some brands use fake measurements like ideal heart rate, bp, etc. For example, i tried a cheap watch that has heart sensor, but every time i measure my heart rates it showes number in a specific range. What ever i do running or sit ideal.

Unboxed it... Bought two watches for us... Quality seems premium... Display is also amazing... Will update review after using it for few days...Editing review after using it 2 months: One of the two watches started Malfunctioning after 10 days. I understand such things happens. I registered complaint to Fireboltt and they confirm reverse pickup and replacement is done. One star reduced just because of little slower service response than expected. Both watches are working fine and satisfied with watch performance.Update after 6 months... Both watches malfunctioned again... one replaced with equivalent beast model now... waiting for replacement of another one since 4 weeks... replacement takes forever... backend team response is lousy and they don't value their commitment... total replacement time was more than 3 months which we have spent WITHOUT USING WATCH (out of 6months) despite spending money.....

This watch has a great display and good build but there are few cons associated.However I will list the below pros first :1. The LTPS display is really good, punchier colours and good viewing angle.2. The Alps knob button is a treat to use.3. The build of the watch along with the silicon strap is great.4. Decent battery life, will easily last 7-8 days with regular usageNow coming to the Cons :1. The UI stutters at times not very fluid to my liking specially the honeycomb view.2. There is no list view available with text, you need to remember the icons. Even in workout mode you need to guess the workout types watching the icons which is pretty disappointing.3. No settings can be accessed within the watch UI4. The sensors are not be relied on too much, in this price range Amazfit Bip U pro has great sensors.5. In the workout mode I tested parallely using a Huawei watch GT and Amazfit GTS 2 mini, the steps and Calorie counter are way too high giving a false indication in this watch.6. There is no Always on Display mode.7. The notification text length when viewed in the watch is very less.8. Sometimes there is drop in pairing with the phone.9. Very less Watch faces available in Fitcloud app. No Dynamic watch faces present.10. I have greater doubts whether future firmware updates will be provided or not.11. No community support forum is present or is available in their websiteFinal verdict : This is a Made in China smartwatch sold by an Indian company. If you have bigger wrist size it would look great but do consider this is a bulkier smartwatch. Use it only if you want to show off the display and the Alps knob button. If you are a keen workout enthusiast then sadly this smartwatch is not for you as it would give incorrect readings. Also lack of watch faces is a major turnoff until Fire Boltt provides more options.

This is my first smart watch and I am enjoying using it thoroughly. This is easily the best watch I ever owned also the most I've spent on a watch. It has however stopped working just day before and I have contacted Fireboltt. Let us see how it goes.add - I got the watch back(refurbished, sealed with box and all original accessories) from service center today(27 Feb 2023) and it seems to be in working order and newish. I had to unbind the app from old watch and do a search for bluetooth device from my phone to synch it with the FitCloudPro app.add2 - The refurbished watch has stopped working too as of 11th Oct 2023 and I cannot get it replaced since it is out of warranty now. I enjoyed the watch while it worked, I used it mainly to track steps.

The media could not be loaded.  Amazon Team & Fireboltt team...Very disappointed to see your poor quality and response. After sales service is pathetic and customer dissatisfaction at its peak...Amazon Team you need to check the profile of company whose product doesn't last for even 2 months. You are the source of purchase for the product.No worry I has spent Rs 4500/- but your brand will never be recommended by me in my circle and own ones.This watch is not working since 12/02/2022. Purchased on 10.12.2022 vide invoice no DEL4-3973643Need replacement or am even willing to upgrade by paying difference amount. Kindly confirm..
