I trust Metagenics! all their supplements are great, this one in particular is helping me with my brain and as a poor fish eater I decided to supplement my diet with this one. It doesn’t have any fishy taste and I have not experienced any stomach issues either. One pill a day only which is great compared with other brands ( 2-3 pills per dose)

My Naturopath's Top Pick
This was Recommended by my naturopath. It doesn't upset my stomach, has slight smell but it's not unbearable, doesn't taste bad and we'll see how effective it is in a few more months. I have taken it before for over a year and then quit, then my eyes, hair and nails all deteriorated, so I started it again, but I'm still waiting for results, which I know aren't going to be immediate. I still consider it worth the price, even though it's quit expensive.
