My grandsons 5 and 8 play with these for hours and hours. Seriously. Hours. They are probably one of the top 3 toys I have for them to play with. They are sturdy (but are brittle type plastic - so don't throw them or bang them together really hard). The colors are bright and primary. There are so many shapes... AND they come with AWESOME storage tubs. I would buy these again and again. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful and I hope this info was helpful to you!

The perfect building set for a kid. My 6 year old grandson will spend hours constructing buildings, vehicles, even space ships out of the magna tiles. His latest is an enclosure for his dinosaurs & lizards. This particular set is great because it includes 2 bases with wheels (for cars), letter tiles to add to the sides of buildings, triangular bits for nose cones or roofs.

Favorite for my grandkids from ages 3-12yrs. Even the adults can't resist them. Even fun to clean up.

My 3,4 and 6 year old play with these everyday and I mean every day that is no exaggeration. We bought the biggest kit they had because I know as a kid it was always frustrating to not have a big enough set of something to not build what I wanted to build. My three kids almost never have this problem and they are always coming up with new things to build.If you want to give your kids a special treat that will encourage imagination and keep them away from devices this should do it.

Very good toy for building kids imagination. Had to buy two sets so that my kids can go wild with their imagination.
