Works great came in timely and still in use

I've used this device in the field in a tactical manner. The most important point is that the thermal imaging itself works great. I also like how you can conserve power by putting the device in stand by. It's practically a requirement to have an external power supply, otherwise the two batteries don't last very long. When using an external power supply, it can be a little tricky because the power cable sticks out the side making it vulnerable to damage traveling forward through trees and brush. The magnetic connection points work for this, but they get easily interrupted by dirt and sand causing it to lose connection to the power supply. The rubber usb cover can push against the magnetic connectors causing it to more easily disengage losing power. My cap easily broke off during the first real night of usage and they don't look very easy to replace. Also, there are times when you don't want to use it on a scope and want to connect it to a lanyard around your neck, but there is no good hole, loops, etc. to connect something to hang it from. The only thing I can think to do is to wrap a cord around the mounting bracket. The battery compartment is a little finicky getting it closed with batteries. When time is critical, this can be a sore spot. It's also not super clear which direction the batteries should go in.

Very disappointed to have received a previously opened/used scope. Mount had been disassembled and screws were gone. Batteries were not wrapped and died within 15 minutes of simple testing. Obviously someone before me had received this scope and returned it. Box was scratched.

Works great. Good price and a 5 year warranty.

I've used atns, agms, Pulaski, and trijicon. It's not a trijicon but this has video record Bluetooth viewing that trijicon doesn't. This is best bang for the buck scope I believe on market.

Best thermal for price

Paid for a new scope.. was sent a used scope. Had jpeg files and videos from previous owner. Noticed dog hair in the case when I opened it and warranty seal on the front wasn't there. Scope works fine and holds zero. Should be ashamed taking people's money who pay for new and Send them one that's used. Do better!

Very disappointed to received my scope and see that it was a used/returned scope. To pay 3500$ and get used I will b sending back. Shame on agm for knowingly sending this out as New
