Bought this bike as upgrade from my old regular mountain bike. So far so good, it's fairly easy to assemble and the post sell customer service provide you with videos in case you don't manage to do it. The screen has some issue and they told me they will send another one free of charge. I can easily suggest it as a good buy for those in needs of an e-bike

The bike arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected which was a great surprise. All now assembled and ridden and it is mightily impressive especially when you consider the price point. It's my first ebike to sit alongside my other mountain and road bikes and it sits well!. It is the power that really impresses most but also the infinite levels of assistance you can select gives you total control over the sort of riding experience you want. Even on a very low setting the bike simply floats uphill - with pedal assist admittedly. and I haven't even explored the throttle yet. Fancy a ride but feel a bit tired? no problem. Much fun yet to be had for sure. One point of importance to note; When you want to go into 'settings' you have to press the up/down arrows simultaneously then input 6666. That will allow access to the settings display

got a puncture on rear wheel but the tools supplied do not allow you to remove it to fix it.

The media could not be loaded. Nice looking e bike. Seems very well made and quite robust. Easy set up - really just putting the quick release front wheel on, attach handlebar and saddle, and adjust the disk brakes to own preference. Four the mudguards and front led light All done with the provided tools. Charge the battery, supplied charger seems a bit flimsy and gets quite hot, but I always charge off the bike in my back yard. Once fully charged you are off. I’m getting around 25 to 30 miles off one charge, which I think is pretty good. Have used on and off road and so far impressed with it’s handling.The supplied bike has 27 speeds, advertised as Shimano but are actually micro new. They are ez fire type gear change and work well, but the levers maybe not as robust as genuine shimano. Front light is also suppliedI’ve done a few mods, swapped the saddle for a comfort saddle( supplied one is like sitting on a a razor blade), added a horn and back rack bag.It’s a shame that a horn and rear light aren’t fitted as standard.All in all great value for money, seller communication is brilliant and even after sale respond quickly to any enquiry.Highly recommend this bike

Always sceptic when you buy things without seeing them but this bike is brilliant.Took a while to get used to the gears but I've only had 3 in the past but goes really fast with little effort which is good as I have bad knees.Easy to put together ( came well packaged)Only fault the seat needs more gel padding. Will be purchasing another for ladies which is well cushioned.Definitely worth the money

The bike works great and is easy to handle. Came early and in perfect condition.

Nice bike a lot lighter than my old e bike.Removable battery.Pedal assist or don’t pedal at all. Your choice.Would recommend if you like what you see
