It’s gummies. They’re chewy and enough for 13+ miles if you’re eating as directed. I’m not a runner but these gummies works and got me those extra miles I could never imagine I could run. Eating them as directed was hard to chew while catching your breath but then again it’ll eventually dissolve and you’re back running. No side effects or anything. Just pure endurance.

I received the delivery on the exact date as stated during the purchase. That was great. However the expiration date of the whole box of GU Energy Chews is 24th May - a bit more than three months from the date, on which I received them. That was a bit disappointing. I don't eat chews during each of my long runs and this now pretty much forces me to do so in order to use all of the 12 bags in the box before the expiration date.

My stomach tolerates these fine. I don't love products with "natural flavors" and ingredients you can't pronounce but I decided to try these b/c they were on sale. I prefer Huma chia gels to these. This might not be a 100% fair review in that regard. I think these would work for most people running longer distances and need that shot of energy and help with hydration. It was a value buy for me but I probably won't purchase again.
