I think my husband has just as much fun as my daughter if not more.. hahaha... A very good quality set of wood tools, they are made with "solid wood" but not too heavy to a point that a toddler couldn't lift, my 16 months old daughter has no problem at all. The edges are all rounded, less chance of a child getting scratched but some of my pieces have loose wood chips but very easy fix as my husband sanded it out in less than a minute. I love that this box can be closed and carried around, much easier to contain the mess and we can bring it out, to day care or inlaws.

The tools and box seem a little cheap (thin, light, etc.) but nothing has broken in a month of toddler play. My daughter loves it and the price is hard to beat.

Very nice set, may not be able to build all the models in the image. Some models are created just by stacking the pieces on top of another but most can be tightened and screwed. My niece and nephew loved it. Its safe too, only piece that can do little damage is hammer. My nephew destroyed an old piece of craft using that :) he would have done it anyway. All in all it engages children for a very long time in constructive activities.

I bought this for my grandsons. They love the realism, and I love the sturdiness.

I really like the wood tools. Well sized for little hands. I liked that it has its own box to put everything back away nicely. BUT, that's is one of the most frustrating things to do! Get all the tools back in properly so the case can close. There is no way a little one could do it. It's a struggle to get the hammer back in the slot it corresponds to. The picture of the opened case doesn't even show where the mallet goes. The mallet has to go in the prong of the hammer for it to fit. I had to take a picture of it when I finally got it all back together. Makes me not want to let the kid play with it because I know I will have to struggle again to get it all back in the case. One way is to unscrew the shelf and put everything on it and then screw it back in. AGAIN, not something the child can do. This needs to be planned out better by the maker.FRUSTRATION GALORE!

I liked the tool box and good for younger kids.

Perfect for a 3 year old.

This product looks great however the box completely fell apart and hinges fell off. the tool holders broke off too. Good luck getting all the tools back into the box easily. The tools were ok I ended up using this to start my wood stove. Waste of money.
