Dolphin Island

A little slow but a cute young family movie

By the end I was laughing, but the movie is a drama. For me it fell into the category of an attempted drama that is so badly done it is laughable. The storyline has great potential, but the acting by almost every player is just not good, starting with grandpa and grandma. The conflict is forced, and conjured and resolved too trivially, unrealistically. She just spent at least 60 seconds underwater and suddenly emerges conscious and fully lucid, as if she had just been swimming.This one got tossed in the bin.

Good family movie, beautiful scenery and, of course, we loved the dolphin.We would recommend this movie.

Nothing bad happens here long term, so it's a nice, feel good kids/family movie. Funny, Decent acting and good story/moral

Awesome little family film with dolphins! Highly recommended watching this with your kids.

The scenery and location of the movie was the only thing it has going for it. Acting was mediocre and the storyline was a bit unbelievable. I would not recommend as family friendly.
