The spoon works well
My wife has MS and this spoon works well with her disability. It is easy to hold on to and also has adjustable angle which really helps. Also it is the first spoon that actually has a long enough shaft that it can be used in a bowl and the handle doesn’t hit the bowl when trying to scoop a mouthful. Other spoons we tried had a shorter shaft and wouldn’t let you touch the bottom of the soup bowl.

Just ok
I thought this would be good because it's adjustable, but the fork is thin material and the shaft too long, when you put pressure to eat, it moves and doesn't stay where you have put it.
