Received defective product want to refund.
The media could not be loaded. it's 2nd delevery.When I connect to the supply and on the switch, the supply was tripped.Again on the switch the choke was jumped and line tripped again.Want return the product and refund.

Need to replace uv lamp after 6 months
Contact to customer support and they replaced my dead uv lamp and its adaptor without any hasitation. I really impressed with his after sales service.

Excellent product. It works well as expected. Installation is also made very simple. Hence 5 Stars for this product.

Item reached without any damage, well packed.
Good Product. The product has failed after working for 40 days. The use is intermittent when ever the water is filtered. The UV light is now not working even though the vendor has given one year warranty for the Phillips UV Light.
