One of the jars arrived broken and the seller will not even respond. No way to get a refund. I love the product, but now I’m at a loss and the seller is irresponsible and negligent to make good.

There’s been a shortage on this honey but I was fortunate to find this 6 pack. Since honey lasts virtually forever, I bought this and though I go through lots of honey, this will last almost 7-8 months for me. No more worries that I need to meet a minimum to get free shipping. The price should have been better, but when you can’t find it all at a decent price, I was happy to buy it anyway.Wonderful honey.

I bought a two pack of this item before in the past and loved it. Although it was pricey, the quality was well worth it. This time I got a six pack so I don’t run out too fast like before, this was a bad decision. When I got the two pack, it came in with bubble wrapped in a box with more bubble packaging. This time around there was no packaging whatsoever, as you can see the result above in the images I posted. I am so disappointed with this parcel, as it was a pricey purchase, it felt like I basically put money in trash. The quality of the honey is still good so maybe I’ll still get a two pack in the future, where I know it will be protected and shipped to me safely.

The item was broken, but the package was not damaged. When I tried to place return, it said this item is not returned. The honey is good we like it. but delivery and handling service is poor. If we pay over 20 dollars per jar then if the jar get broken it should be the responsibility of the winder.I contacted Amazon, and they try to resolve the issue if they can, so far i have not heard anything from them.
