These are thicker than another type I bought; work well for covering holes and in athletic type shoes. They are all same size and have nice cushion feel. I used a thinner one to cover the holes and then put this one over and that worked great. I always wear out the heels in shoes so I will be putting these in any new shoes immediately because I think that would delay/prevent wearing holes. I’m using them in work athletic shoes and the adhesive has held up. I have had them in a couple weeks and so far so good. I personally will probably have to replace the covers every so often because I wear shoe heels out so quickly but these seem durable. I think they are easy to put in shoes.

They don't stick as well as I would have hoped.I have to remove the pads from the inside of the shoe and replace them back where they were originally placed. It might be the inside of the shoe, but the pads don't stay put .when I take them off they always seem to be somewhere else inside the shoe.I have tried re-glueing them but they don't stay put.So maybe it's not the pad maybe it's the shoe so for me they don't really work

Pleased with product. Wasn't sure if this product was what I was hoping for, but it is. I use them on a few pair of workout shoes that are slowly shredding due to excessive use.

No help at all no padding as showed like putting a sticker in your shoe

My husband's shoes were starting to scrape the back of his heel and I didn't want to buy new shoes just yet. Everything else on his shoes are good just needed to patch that heel up. I knew about insuls but I didn't know you could buy these and they are great! They fit perfect in the sizes listed. The price is completely fair. The adhesion is strong and they are durable. Completely satisfied. Hubby says they feel so much better. His foot also doesn't slip out anymore.
