Works well, with a powerful flashlight. If anything, it is a bit too sensitive for 110 V wire tracing when more than one nearby wire is active.

Electricity tester
This is a must have for a inexperienced homeowner trying to do eletrical work. This is a fantastic tool for the money. Super easy to use ajd great functionality. Simply turn it on and touch to wire to tell if it is hot or not. Makes doing simple wiring at home safe. Highly recommend this tool its amazing.

Funktioniert
Funktioniert und fühlt sich hochwertig an. Ich denke der größte Unterschied zu anderen Testern ist, dass es eine Taschenlampe gibt. Außerdem kann man die Sensitivität auswählen für den minimal erfassten Wert: 12 oder 70 Volt. So kann man bei 12V zum Teil auch bei Schaltern vor dem entfernen vom Gehäuse sehen, ob Strom anliegt. Allerdings ist es bei vielen kabeln in einem beengten Raum schwierig herauszufinden, welches Kabel genau das stromführende ist - die müssen schon 2-3 cm dazwischen haben.
