Personally I'm not overly impressed, maybe an older child would be more patient and understanding but a 3 year old doesn't really want random accessories with nothing to do with them for 6 days then getting the doll just as she gets a bunch of presents too. It's a good idea and as others have said maybe do it backwards

I think it's a great idea to have a run up to your child's birthday with a little door to open each day, like an advent calendar. However, getting the actual doll last means having to wait an entire week with just accessories to play with which is pretty useless. My daughter got quite annoyed that she would open the door to a bottle with nothing to use it with, next day a dummy with nothing to fit it with etc. The accessories are useless without the doll which you don't get till your birthday. Personally, after 3 days I let her open them all just to have something to play with.The confetti didn't pop out as I imagined but was still a nice touch. The doll is very nice and well made, also has tears squirt from its eyes when filled with water.Fun toy, nice design but the idea falls flat.

Great little birthday advent calendar. After reading reviews we decided to open it backwards so the doll was first and worked much better for us that way! Totally agree with others that doll should be first as makes the accessories pointless until you get the doll..unless you already have a similar sized cry baby doll.My 5 year old absolutely loved it.

A perfect addition to any cry babies fan. The packaging is a bright with coloured with 7 windows to open, like an advent calender, hiding your surprise doll and accessories. You get the sweety doll, bottle, dummy, baloon, birthday crown, cake and gift. All the accessories and doll is brightly coloured. The box can be unfolded and then played with. The doll is made from a soft plastic material, 13cm in length. You need to give the doll water to drink and squeeze its tummy to make it cry. It doesnt cry instantly, you need to feed it quite a few bottles of water and wait for it to settle before squeezing. Designed for children aged 3 upwards. The accessories a quite small inside and younger ones might need help filling the doll with water, expecting it to cry straight away. It's a cute little set, that's fun to play with. Exciting for children revealling a surprise each day, but they might get impatient, as all the accessories are opened up behind each door first and you have to wait till 1 to get the doll. So theyll have the accessories and not be able to do anything with them for a week, or theres a chance they could even get lost in between. Great to be played with over and over again.

This is overall a great gift that I'll be giving to my daughter for her 3rd birthday next month. She loves the cry baby collection and already has a couple of the dolls. They cry real tears when given water.This countdown includes 6 accessories that all build up to getting the doll on the day of the birthday. The idea makes sense but my daughter would be annoyed about getting random accessories without having the doll to use them with. Plus they can get lost.So she can open them all at once on her birthday and be excited there and then.Great gift overall for the price. The doll is small and cute and comes with birthday themed objects like a cake and a present.We definitely recommend it!

very nice and cute idea for this mini doll cry baby magic tears , as my daughter loves this dolls and has a few so will add this to her collection .she absolutely loved to open each surprise window (ARE 7 window in total)the last one is the doll and all the other ones contains accessories for the doll. the entire set is well made, great quality, nice and colourful and lots of fun.

I got this for my daughter who will be turning 5 soon. It's a very good idea. Lovely set. Like an advent calendar. And for that reason she will get it all at once. When we get surprise balls etc there's no waiting. They must be opened then, otherwise that you'll be hearing about it 200 times a day till she gets it. Kids have always asked for cry babies but I could never justify spending the money on a little doll they play with for 2 minutes. It's a very good set. Good size. And lots of little accessories before you get the big doll.

Personally I just see this as a cheap toy not very impressive but it's not me who will be playing with it aslong as it makes the bairn happy that all that matters.This is designed to be a mini birthday countown has doors to open for 7 days day's 7-2 are the accessories cheap little plastic bits then on your birthday day 1 u get the doll and if you pull the tab at top of door 1 confetti rains down on the doll which is cute I was impressed by that.If you givubg this to a young child they would probably not be that impressed or want to wait getting the accessories first so personally I would give this gift as a whole on there birthday so can open it all together and not have to wait.
