good visual quality
I love my monitor. I use this every day for work, super easy to connect, very responsive and not too heavy.

Great customer service
Ordered in Oct of 2022 and used it about 7 times before the plastic screen hinge system broke. Always used it where it was well supported so there was no extra pressure being placed on the hinges or laptop cover. Called the company and they resolved the issue quickly.

Plastic hinges poorly made and will break
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife, she started using it in January, and the hinge where the screen rotates outward from the closed position has already broken. Poor build quality or the parts were improperly tight fitting causing the failure. For such a premium price I expected it to last more than 2 months, unfortunately since it was purchaseduch earlier than it was being used, it is now out of the measley 30 or 90 day return or repair periods. Hopefully the manufacturer stands by their product, if you can contact them.

Seems to only work with USBc ports, not USB-a
Wouldve given 5 starts if it wasnt for the USB-C to USB-A converted not working. Had to go as far as buying a separate converter, thinking the one that came with the display was damaged. STILL NOTING. I even tried the converter on 2 computers (macook pro and Chromebook). Did not work on either. The display plugs and plays just fine if using USBc to USBc. Nightmare if youre converting. Will most likely return after trying additional converters

Great if you don't travel much.
I like the quality of it. However, I travel for work a lot with some equipment. It is heavier and bulkier than i was hoping for. And the set up takes a bit longer than expected.
