Got this scooter about a year ago, and it's lightweight, fast, and convenient. I've used it every day to get to my office and back. Recently, the motor stopped working and I contacted support through Amazon and they helped me diagnose the issue and send corresponding replacement motor and controller, with very detailed and responsive feedback, and managed to get it fixed promptly. Definitely could not be more grateful for the service, 10/10.

I didn't know what to expect. But this scooter is reliable for sure. Fast and easy to handle. I use to to commute to work because I'm so close to my job. Battery last long enough run for awhile. I would suggest this scooter to anyone

the features of the scooter themself are amazing! this is my 2nd e-twow scooter. however, i didn't know it was larger and heavier than the other versions. I wish it was made clearly and easily visible. the main features are comparable to Booster V, but just larger. this can create issues if your space or strength is limited

This scooter battery went totally dead within 8 months and it is hard to get someone to work on it and replace it. Amazon did not match the manufacturer's warranty. Information is very scarce on this item. It's too bad because the when running it's a pretty good scooter.

24mph top speed while only weighing 25-30lbs AND is foldable with a nice carry handle. It has a suspension that rides over bumps pretty well.I have 1,000 miles on this over 18 months. I use this to commute to work every day. Very good tool.The one thing that has broken is that the secondary rear brake handle gets stuck now, and I have to reset it each time, but I only use this brake for emergency stops.The main brake (front brake) works well and I use it on its own 95% of the time.This scooter has a lot of torque. Be careful when it’s raining or when accelerating on certain surfaces.

I can't believe I've gone so long without getting one of these! They are loads of fun!On flat ground I go about 38 kph at full speed but I have reached much higher speeds when going downhill. Just be careful to stop on time before intersections and ride like every driver out there is trying to hit you and you'll be OK.I use this multiple times a day to run around the neighborhood. Since I live at the base of a mountain, a lot of our streets are pretty steep. This goes up the hills with no issues and reaaaaaaly cooks going down the hills. I found that if I travel up the street and over about 3 blocks to the fast food joint and back, my battery is still at 90%. I think roundtrip it's about 3 miles and the battery hasn't dropped much at all.The plug to charge is a little noisy, but it has built in functionality to turn off the charging block once the scooter reaches 100% so you don't have to worry about leaving it plugged in. It charges very quickly too! I'm actually really impressed by the charge times.One really necessary and cool function is that the whole thing folds down flat and clips into the backwheel so you can easily carry it with you into a store or throw it into a shopping cart while you do some quick shopping.I've saved so much gas money by getting this scooter and absolutely love it. I would recommend one of these to anyone looking to have some fun, get some sun, and save money on gas!

This scooter is extremely high quality and very well made. I love the app features. The app is very easy to navigate. You can use the the app to turn the lights on and off. You can also set your own speed limit in the app which I love because it gives me piece of mind when my kids are riding. It was comfortable and easy to use. It has a wide base so my feet were pretty comfortable during the ride. The headlight shines bright and you can see it from afar. Overall this is a great scooter.

I have had this kick scooter for several months now, and it has been a dream to own. For scooters at this price point and in this range, e-TWOW deserves mention as one of the top manufacturers out there and certainly is the most overlooked. I'm happy with the charging and actual usage times on a full charge. Its power, movement, braking -- all really user-friendly and quite amenable to a first-time user. The price is absolutely right and the Bluetooth app functions well. You short-range commuters are going to adore this compact gem of a scooter. Hugely recommended.
