My partner started taking 1 tablet per day after the doctor warned about a possible high glucose in the blood test.The tablets are not big at all and easy to swallow.No side effect or reflux has been reported.Of course we do not know if these tablets will help with the sugar level, we need time to test and see.There are many reviews online talking about the possible benefits of these supplements.

1000mcg of Cr per tablet, and contains 365 tablets. That is outrageous value for money. I would say however that 1000mcg is A LOT, and I would rather take 200 to 400mcg at a time, rather than this dosage, which over time I think may be a little excessive, and I may start splitting them tablets in half (they are tiny).

The jury is out on how much is too much and I therefore chose to take one every other day as trying to split such a small tablet wasn't practical.There is general advice on the label to consult with healthcare professionals before taking supplements but I feel that specific warnings should be given regarding kidney and liver disease. Chromium may also interact with drugs like antacids, acid reflux, corticosteroids, beta-blockers, insulin, thyroid medicine, and NSAID painkillers.I do believe my sugar cravings have reduced and my mood has stabilised in the last few months but this could be due to external factors rather than this supplement specifically.At less than 2p per tablet, these are excellent value for money and I would havd given a higher rating with better labelling.

These are tiny, so they are very easy to swallow (think half of the size of a pea).Pretty much tasteless too.

The pills are a good size and there are quite a lot of of them in the container so you get your money’s worth. I would definitely recommend it.

This supplement's tablets are so tiny you should definitely have no trouble swallowing them. I've also had no adverse effects from taking them. The plastic bottle contains 365 tabs, and with the recommended dose being one tablet per day, they will last a whole year. In my opinion, that makes them good value. They are also Vegan friendly and have a very good long best before date which is necessary given how long these will last.
