JUNK NO GOOD
I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO ALL THE BAD REVIEWS, WOULD NOT WORK SO I RETURNED IT. AS I WAS TRYING TO GET TOOL TO WORK I USED A KITCHEN SCISSOR TO START RIBBON AND NOTICED THE SCISSOR MADE BETTER RIBBONS THAN THIS TOOL.

No directions with product as to how to assemble and use!

DO NOT BUY
No Instructions. Came in a small cardboard box, inside a zipper type bag. I wondered why the double packaging until I opened it. both blades were loose. No idea how they go back in. Tried several times, but blades just come off again. Metal square looks like it has an adjustable screw on it, but it will NEVER tighten. not even worth returning.

Absolutely a POS! Tried different blades and angles of cutting the bottle but it will get snagged on the metal. Get a ball bearing bottle cutter because this does not work!! Edges are extremely sharp and the product does not look like the tutorial video or the pictures of the device working!
