Perfect sized little mint tins

I know these little cans are super versatile and can be used for all kinds of things, but I just have to share my favorite use for them: storing my small drill bits. All I do is add a small label and a little piece of adhesive-backed velcro, and voila! Nothing beats these little cans for keeping my drill bits organized and easy to find. They're the perfect size, and they're just so darn handy! If you're in need of some compact storage solutions, you really can't go wrong with these little guys.

Maybe not what they are built for, but these boxes are great for electronics projects. You can solder to the metal easily after scraping off the surface film. A hole punch can place holes for connectors (small) or grommets for cables. You really cant find a cheaper, shielded box for the price. They are large enough to hold batteries and switches, etc. I do wish they would make one that is 1/4" deeper since the lid prevents large connectors from being used on the sides. Then they would be perfect for the US 1/4" switches, SMA connectors etc. Still, not bad.

I'm trying to reduce my waste so I decided to start using bar soap. I had to travel and I used these tins to hold sliver of various soaps. They were easily labeled with a label maker. I had some near my bath tub where they were exposed to water and humidity, only one shows slight signs of rust after many days of constant exposure. I also used one to hold mini Polaroids and another to hold medication. Multiple functions and uses. Very pleased with my purchase.

I used these for small first aid kits for our girl scout troop. They are a great size to hold a few bandaid, a container of antibiotic ointment, and some small antiseptic towelettes. Everything squeezed in so it was a great size for our need. Easy to open and sturdy too.Plus, they are affordable when you price them out per girl. Great deal.

The tins are almost exactly the same size as the tins some popular "curiously strong" mints come in, which are a favorite for people collecting to store small parts in. They are great for that purpose. I use mine for storing nibs for dip pens, which they are perfect for! I highly recommend this product!

I purchased these to hold small chainsaw chains (12”, 14”) in my equipment bag when I cut wood. They are too small for any chain over 14”, but they are perfect for the small ones. The paper/plastic packaging/boxes new chains come in are oversized, and they do not protect the sharp edges of the teeth from other tools knocking around in the bag. I’ll be ordering a larger size of these today for the longer chains.

I needed to condense all my smaller disc magnets and not have so many cardboard boxes that after a few times of opening and closing they were getting wore out. The tin boxes were a great size and look and worked well for storing these magnets
