Freezes a lot, even though it is a android device & has access to Google play store, if you download games, you can't play them as it doesn't support any controller, or keyboard and mouse FOR playing games that is, as the android operating software thinks there is a "touch screen" connected to it. Also it is running android 8.0 - 8.1, which is now unsupported and outdated Hope this helps everyone.

to start off product comes in what looks to be an already opened box. the biggest issue with this product is it crashes and restarts every 5 minutes. After starting up the product I see that certain apps are already downloaded, problem is they don’t work at all. Simple apps Like YouTube and Netflix won’t work cause the app that’s downloaded is an old version but you can’t even download the updated version due to it crashing way before you can get to it so wasn’t able to get any streaming service to work at all!After many attempts at trying to download SpeedTest I finally got it to download and internet only goes as high as 20Mbs. My internet gives off 500Mbs.Over all these android boxes aren’t really that worth it. Buy a Firestick now that they’re $25 you’ll be way better off!!

so i bought one and it stopped showing video and sound in about a month later so giving it a chance i request a replacement and they did a few months later same thing no video or sound now i do use it every day all day as my family watches tv on it and keep it on for background noise but it should not brake that fast in my opinion oh and it does not support the youtube app you have to watch youtube on a browsor and the remote does not work very well at all

Overall this product is nice but I do highly recommend using a wireless keyboard and mouse with it which luckily I already had from an older Android TV stick.I found this to suffer from the same as all these types of devices where YouTube comes preinstalled, the app is out of date and can not update because Google no longer supports that device. So you will have to log in to your Google Play account and download YouTube.

thé ad says the box is a amlogic but in fact it is a rockchip box and no good not sure why seller is saying the wrong spec on the box i ordered two of them and was going to order more but not if they are a rockchip
