I am so pleased with my order! I've been trying to find a paper towel holder that is sleek in design, but not too modern for my kitchen. I appreciate the wood and metal design- it's not fussy or old fashioned, but not so contemporary that it stands out on the counter. The small bar on the side functions well, and keeps the roll from unraveling. This was a great purchase and addition to the things that help keep my household running smoothly! Also helps that the price is so fair for the quality!

Love my pretty Paper Towel Holder! So glad I ordered this one. I wasn't sure which one to get but this one looks great on my granite counter and goes well with my stainless steel appliances. Functional too. One post holes the paper towels and the other makes it easy to tear off one piece. It arrives nicely boxed so I may get another one and give it to a friend who's having a housewarming party soon.

Looks great and easy to put together but you can't use the smaller post with larger paper towel rolls. The roll just won't fit. It's an easy fix by removing the small post but annoying.

The base is wide and heavy enough so you can tear off a towel with one 🤚🏾. Once the roll is nearly empty, then obviously it’s not as stable. I see a lot of reviews complaining about this. Get over it! It’s simple physics - or whatever!

I wasn't going to leave a negative review but since you sent two follow up emails....This paper towel holder doesn't fit any size roll and there's absolutely no weight to the base at all. When I finally got the roll on the holder, the paper towels wouldn't come off because the roll wouldn't spin. Not to mention that when I tried to get a towel off the roll the entire holder lifted off the counter top. It's a nice paper towel holder to look at but.....

Looks great and quality is good. Warning: It is too narrow for larger paper towel rolls, like the kind from Costco,etc

Nicely constructed but a large roll of paper towels, like the ones you can get at Costco, will not fit. It will only fit those small diameter paper towels that you get at the dollar store.

Pleased with this towel holder. Works great with regular size rolls, but as you can see from from the photo of the holder, there isn't room for jumbo rolls. I bought it to use with regular size rolls located away from the kitchen.
