Well how do we start. I'm recently the proud owner of a 1990 Miata. This product fit perfectly, after tearing down the engine and scraping all the old gasket on these fell right into place and got snugged up. After the replacement on the test drive said Miata tacked out a few times and was pushed to its limits. The gaskets handled perfectly and there are no leaks. Have less than 2 miles on the gaskets and will re review if anything changes in quality.

Bought this kit for a 1993 Mazda Miata head rebuild. I ended up using a different brand (FELPRO) head gasket and valve stem seals, but for the price I got all the other gaskets too and still saved money. Plus now I have a spare head gasket. When comparing the FELPRO head gasket to this ITM head gasket they looked almost identical. The ITM valve stem seals don't have a lip on the inside surface which on other brands (OEM and FELPRO) that do. With this lip you can feel the seal *pop* on the valve guide. When I tried install with these ITM valve stem seals I wasnt getting that *pop* setting, it was hard to tell if they were seated or not, so I pulled them out and used FELPRO. No compression test done yet, but the engine is running and no leaks, exhaust smoking or oil in coolant.Overall a nice kit and price/value, but you might want to supplement some parts depending on your build.

All other gaskets worked great but the Valve cover was not the right size, Loops around the cams are to big. See pictures

Valve cover gasket is wrong. Gasket is too tall for 1.6 Miata valve cover. I'm going to have to cut it in three places and use RTV. DO NOT BUY THIS KIT!

Head gaskets didn't seal bought a better one sealed perfectly.
