Q: Is there a rubber attached/sewed in the table cloth? Or do you buy a table runner separately?

The table runner is separate from the tablecloth. There was no rubber attached to the runner.

Q: Did anyone have an issue with the smell of this and advice to get it out? Smells like fish oil and didnt come out after soaking with detergent.

I never ordered that tablecloth. I did order table runners with lace and there was not any odor.
