I should have listened to other reviewers saying that the pencil is too hard. But I didn't think they were talking about the one explicitly advertised as "soft and smudgable". It is neither. So hard that you cannot really use it on the delicate skin around the eyes. I tried warming it up with a hairdryer but it nearly melted, went sort of plsticine-like and you still couldn't draw a line with it. Went straight into the bin.

It's early days but initial signs are positive.I have corneal damage from chemotherapy and have not been able to tolerate eye make up for a over a year. Tried this and have had no issues so far. Extremely happy.Will definitely buy again

I wanted to use this pencil a few times before I wrote a review. I bought the soft brown colour and unfortunately it was impossible to use as I found it too hard to apply on my eyes. Every time I had to really pressed down and almost scrape my skin to get anything on. Not a good idea for delicate skin around the eyes. I’ve given it one star as a minimum else would have given zero stars as I cannot use it at all and it will go in the bin. Really disappointing as it is quite pricey.Other than that the service and delivery were on time.

Great product but very hard to apply as it’s a hard pencil which means going over and over quite a bit.Could cause soreness due to this? Nice once on but hard work to apply sadly

I like that this product doesn't involve testing on animals or include animal products. I found it to be an effective eye-liner. Creates a nice effect and is a lovely colour that complements green eyes, going on smoothly and easily without dragging the skin. However, I hoped it wouldn't make my eyes itch as so many other eyeliners do...but it does, so it was disappointing in this regard [only].

Bought this to replace my Neal's Yard discontinued eyeliner. This is ok but it's a bit hard on my skin. Colour ok and best of all no animal testing. I will carry on using it.

Eyeliner is better than I hoped for;Pros:1. Brown colour resulting in 'softer' look (compared to darker eye liners).2. Eyes no longer sting throughout the day3. Long lasting4. Natural ingredients which suits those with sensitive eyes.Con:1. More pressure needed when applying as otherwise, too light.Definitely will re-purchase when needed.

I love that it's vegan and not over priced.goes on lovely
