Very pleased with this durable item.

I actually use this while watching TV, its simple and so easy. The only thing i would have liked is a chart to come with this to show what exercises could be done but its not a problem as i went onto youtube and downloaded ideas and charts as at first it does seem very limited to what you can do but if you watch you tube videos they give you lots of ideas. I use this for my arms while watching tv and exercising my inner thighs so there is no excuse to not use this anywhere. I am a yoga and pilates fan so this has just been added to my routine. This does come in colour choices and seems very strong and flexible and a reasonable price. A good piece of equipment that is so simple to use no putting together as it arrives ready to use.
