Some of the beads are chipped out and broken.Also they lack shineI would recommend the knotted mala(ganthi) instead of the non knotted(saadi).

Its not published well and 2 beads braked 2 half in few days even without falling or any pressure other than chanting.

While the colors are lovely, one bead came broken. Since the missing piece wasn’t in the package, this is definitely a quality control issue. A broken bead is not something you can ignore - it’s going to annoy me each time I use it.

Updated Review: After speaking to the seller, they sent the extra beads for malas where the beads were missing. They actually offered to replace the whole mala, but as they are crystals/gemstones i preferred to have the additional beads and as promised they sent the same.Also i like their quality of stones. Yes finishing of the mala is little concern, but over period wear and tear would happen , and it can be made again ourselvesOld review: Decided to count the no. of beads and found 10 beads less in few of the malasSome of the malas are too expensive, in that if some of the beads are missing than the mala is not useful.
