Sadly not effective
These are would be nice discreet way to protect against mosquitoes. Sadly not effective for me and still got bit. Used in conjunction with other “natural” alternatives but no luck.

In combination with sprays and bracelets
I have been using several mosquito repellent for my children especially for my 6 years old. He hasn't got a very good relationship with mosquitos and every time he is at rush of developing an infection. One year we had to take antibiotics and cortisone for that, that's why we have been trying to protect him as much as we could. We have used them exclusively abroad as we go very often. We have tried sprays, patches and bracelets. So far I prefer obviously the patches as we can avoid putting them directly on the skin, where spray and bracelets obviously go on the skin. We have been using, though, a combination of everything: sprays, patches and bracelets to protect him better. The patches have a pleasant smell, they are not offensive and are obviously children friendly. They last up to 8 hours, sometimes I put them around his bed too at night. So far they seem to have worked quite well. The price is a bit high for 20 patches considering we finish them quite soon, but unfortunately the mosquitoes repellent are generally quite expensive.

Really easy to use and don't smell overpowering
I haven't come across insect repellent in a patch form before. I'm always getting eaten alive by mosquito and thought I'd give these a go. They're deet free and suitable for children to use them as well as adults. They come in a box with usage instructions. Really easy to use. They come in sealed packs of two . You simply put the patch on clothing or your bag and the patches offer protection for up to 8 hours. The scent is not overpowering like some repellent.. think the price is reasonable and I will definitely use these over the summer. Recommended

Small patches that work longer than a spray.
This small box contains individually packed pairs of self-adhesive patches that can be put on clothing or bags/hats to repel insects. They have a strong citronella smell. The patches stick well and should stay where they are placed. I've had very similar ones before and they stick to shoes as well as soft material like shorts. I've not had trouble of any reaction placing these ones on my skin (as a test) so I've high hopes they won't cause itching if they touch you.The citronella smell should (and does on other patches I tried) prevent the worst of the insect bites you would normally get. It's a fairly generic option, so I can't see why these should be any worse. Limited if you're in a windy environment, but for sitting still the smell subtly wafts around and provides a barrier to less determined pests.
