People seriously need to read product descriptions closer. I noticed a lot of reviews for this product complaining about how this headset isn’t noise canceling. Well, the company advertises this headset as having a noise canceling MIC (the part you talk into) - it is not noise canceling to the wearer (the part you hear). To clarify, if you are in a loud setting (like my office) the person on the other end of your call can hear your voice crystal clear without hearing all the background noise behind you. However, YOU will still hear the background noise (although muffled quite a bit due to the around-the-ears fit). So, I’m giving it 5 stars because it’s exactly as described - has a noise canceling mic. It’s also very comfortable (i wear it almost all day to listen to music when not in meetings). One of the few sets I found that is around-the-ear (vs. on-the-ear). Highly recommend!

I ordered these mainly because of price and speed of shipping. I needed something quick and didn't have time to do a lot of searching. After using them only twice I knew they were keepers. Comfortable, easy for long wear. Great sound and good volume control. Definitely recommend.

It’s a headset that you can hear from and speak into the mic. That’s about all I can say for the positives. The padding in the ear pieces feels ok I guess but it’s not comfortable for extended use. The absolute worst feature is the -insert expletive here- voice that goes off when you either move the mic up or down and when you use the mute button on the side of the headset. It completely mutes all audio to tell you that your mic is now muted or unmuted. So every single time you mute or unmute your mic in a meeting you lose audio to everyone else in the meeting and have to either constantly ask people to repeat things or guess what they had just said. It’s easier to just not use these features and use the built in mute button in Teams etc. It’s not a feature if it doesn’t help at all. All in all, don’t waste your money and find a better headset.

For reference I teach from home. The good is that these are noise canceling. I played music from my phone volume all the way up and my students could not hear the music along with my dog barking. So that is great. I have a small head and these headphones are very uncomfortable for me. They give the feeling of being underwater because they completely enclose both of your ears and they press tight. The other con for me is that. In order to mute, you have to actually lift the microphone all the way up or press the button. That's on the earpart, it would be nice if there was A mute option on the cord. With all of that being said, I am keeping them because the noise cancellation is worth it for me and I can move them around a lot ten help some with the discomfort

These head phones do not work with the Teams platform. After multiple google searches for work arounds, ideas etc. could not get them to work. Great head phones if you just want to listen to music or watch a movie on your computer.

I work in a cubicle environment and it can get NOISY. The single earpiece headset they provide was not cutting it. The headphones don’t block all outer sound, but they shouldn’t. It would be super weird to talk to someone and not be able to hear your own voice. But it does muffle the sound and that helps. Microphone works great. If I had any wish it would be that you could lock the headset ear cups in place. They move around a lot. But that’s a small issue. Happy to have them!

I contacted the sellers because they had the same headphones in two places on Amazon and one had a $10 coupon . I asked them to hold it and never heard back. Shame because the comfort was unmatched. The sound was not clear and crisp more bass in it than I like but for $35 worth it. $50 plus tax not worth it found alt pair that is just as nice and same price with $10 coupon and 25% off and I am glad they did not answer. The headset works. I blocks out the background noise due to the over-the-ear headphone design - the noise cancellation feature seems unnoticeable. I dinged the review for two reasons: 1. You cannot hear yourself talk - there is no audible feedback of one's voice, especially since the earpieces do a reasonable job of blocking out the background noise. Talking becomes much harder than it should be. 2. The audio quality of the headphones is only fair - I have to crank up the volume just to understand the other party.The controls work, but feel cheap and are awkward to use.For about $50 these really aren't bad for the price. But you will be wanting more features and better quality.
