great product
I was a little unsure what to get here and heard all sorts of reviews about ease of use, set up and how flimsy these gazebos can be, so I took a gamble on this one and do not regret it.It is easy to set up (you do need at least 2 people). It is very sturdy, but I recommend you get the airwave leg weights to hold it in place. I've had it up for 2 weeks in my garden and no issue, rain seems to not be a problem, wind maybe more so but again even where windy it has not ripped or moved very much.I do agree you need to be careful when setting up so as not to bend the frame incorrectly, but it is very straight forward to set up and comes in a large single easy to carry bag.We had a great bbq 25 people, had loads of room, and decided to leave it up for a week after that. It withstood wind and rain.I have taken it down once and put it back up again. Took about 15 mins to take down and put away, and the same to set up once more.Excellent product I really do recommend it.

Big Summer Gazebo
Big, water resistant and useful covers this gazebo as a description. Bought by my wife for a garden party escape room to deal with the vagaries of the British weather and used a couple of times since. The good is that it is relatively easy to put up. You do need two people minimum but if you are very careful, specially aware and persistent one man can manage. Not recommended I would suggest as it would be easy to cock it up and bend the frame work.In a nutshell you have an aluminium concertina type frame that expands out to a pretty good size. Bit fiddly but is quite rigid when fully open and locked into place. Over this you drag a water resistant awning that ties down to the legs leaving open sides which you then fill in with the remaining bits of material. And if there is one niggle it is this. The sides are held in place by velcro typemwraps that are not quite robust enough. I pulled one off immediately and had to exercise a good deal of caution over the rest.Still, over all I cannot moan too much because this is a good product for the money and with a bit of care will last a few summers.

Gazebo
Overall I'm pleased with the product, it's simple to erect with at least 2 people, (4 is better to open it out initially), and can be easily taken down by 1 person. It rained incessantly all day on it's first outing and its water-proofing was good except for a few of small leaks. These were entirely down to the miserly length and mis-stitching of the velcro fittings which had to be pulled so tight to get a fit round the struts, that they pulled the joint-sealing tapes away causing water seepage. I advise having spare velcro on hand. The main complaint I have is a general one on delivery. This Item was sourced not much more than a mile away fom my home and I could have easily collected it, given the option, but I had to pay £10 for a courier to collect it, take it overnight to a depot 15 miles away and bring it back for delivery the next day. Come on Amazon sort out a collection option in these circumstances, particularly as the supplying company were offering it £15 cheaper, direct, as I discovered too late.

product not bad, Customer service Abysmal
Recently ordered a 6m x 3m pop up gazebo with this company through Amazon. Impressed with the build quality of the frame but the sides had a fault leaving the windows not very well printed. Its not a major thing and I am a reasonable person but over £100 I expect better so I tried to get through to them to replace the sides and not send the whole thing back at their expense through Amazon as its a pretty heavy thing. I sent them photos showing the issue and 3 sides being faulty printed, and now almost 2 weeks later I cant get through the phone and my emails go unanswered.I have until June to return it which will be the likely outcome from this and quite frankly given a rather professional website Id have expected much better customer service (even during the COVID-19 epidemic) I will update if I ever manage to get through to anyone or a reply from anyone, but over 12 phone calls and alot of me on hold I am not optimistic. Oh also the phone line is terrible after a few mins on hold it says you can request a call back pressing star which they dont do, and it even says you can press the £ sign which im pretty sure most phones dont have.Pay that little more and go for a better firm.

Great gazebo - easy enough to put up with help from some friends
I was really wary about this purchase due to some previous reviews but I wasn't disappointed at all. I needed this for a family party as my flat is small but I have a great sized garden. It really was ideal. On the day the weather was horrendous with torrential rain but the inside the gazebo was kept mostly dry. Some rain did get in but this was mostly due to the wind blowing it through. It does only have Velcro fastening for the side panels but it done the job! There was no leaks from the roof at all. My only gripe is that there was a dirty mark on one of the panels and because it was white it was visible ! Also the pegs for the guy ropes could be longer so I decided to use pegs I already had from another gazebo ! All the guests complimented it so it was a winner for the day. I packed away the next day into the carry bag as there was strong winds forecast. This was definitely worth the money..

replacement pegs recommended
I was very happy to be able to get this erected in such a short time it took pride of place in my garden, ready for the BBQ at the weekend. THAT WAS ON TUESDAY BY THURSDAY it was just a tangled distorted mess, cancelled BBQ. Pegs are very light weight and short (insufficient anchorage) I Checked this was all secured down, guy ropes tight as per instructions, following morning checked again to allow for settlement, left for work, 2 hours later wife phoned to say wind had taken it away over hedge!!!!! Gust of wind must of pulled out pegs allowing guy ropes to slacken and away over hedge it had gone. I guess advert on Pre-Loved will read: 2nd hand gazebo unused needs TLC. CAN NOT FAULT GAZEBO, BUT MAKE SURE IT IS VERY VERY SECURE. BETTER PEGS NEEDED FROM CAMPING SUPPLIER. I DOUBLE CHECKED THIS BEFORE LEAVING FOR WORK, SECURE ENOUGH I THOUGHT I WAS WRONG
