I cannot fault this adaptor as it is well made has a solid feel to it, there is no movement between lens and adaptor or adaptor and camera when locked into place. There is a correction lens in the adaptor to allow lenses to focus at the infinity setting and this certainly works. No doubt this lens degrades the quality slightly but I could not detect any problems.It came with a useful soft pouch to protect the adaptor when not in use as well as a plastic cap on the camera end, at first although it is marked with the direction to turn it was stiff to remove, with use this loosened up.HOWEVER any problems are with the actual camera used and lens combination. I tried the adaptor with a Pentax K-S1 and if you are an old style photographer like me it will give no problems but forget it if you want to use autofocus etc etc.Different cameras will be different but this is what I did. Set the ISO setting to what you like. I used ISO 400. Set the shutter speed to what you fancy, get out your light meter and set the lens to the appropriate aperture, focus. Press the shutter and a good photograph.I used a long lens focused to infinity with no problems BUT at less than infinity with only the ground glass screen in the viewfinder I had difficulty seeing if it was in focus. No useful split image focus etc to help.None of the above is any criticism on the adaptor as it is very camera dependent. For me wanting to use a long lens focused to infinity it is excellent.

I can now use all the lenses I purchased in the 70s and 80s with my Pentax digital many thanks.
