The watch is made of quality high grade materials. For example the stainless steal used is 316L, for high corrosion and high temperature applications. Since 316L contains less carbon than 316, it has better intergranular corrosion resistance, meaning its welds won't decay, unlike with 316 stainless steel. The watch has crystal sapphire and the SEIKO VX42E movement is accurate and proven over time. The movement is quartz (battery), personally I like that. Other movements require inspections, recalibrations etc…..and that usually requires the watch to be sent an authorized dealer or repair shop. I can replace a battery in 3 min and it costs me probably 6$. I have owned the watch for about a month and it’s comfortable now. It was uncomfortable at first and it took weeks to break in the original band. The watch sits well on my 7.25” wrist and I don’t experience any discomfort from either crown. I have gotten compliments on the watch and I really like it. I added picks for size comparison. The watch sits next to a Nixon 52-30, G-Shock Frogman, and an Apple 44mm watch. The watch does not feel or look small on my wrist, I think it’s exactly what I was looking for. I’m not a watch specialist or a rep. I’m just a fan of watches that are durable and fit my needs. I live near a river (salt water) where I fish and crab. I spend a lot of time at the neighborhood pool and visit beaches on Hatteras Island very often. The Hatteras island environment is probably the most extreme environment on the east coast due to salt contamination and extreme high winds. I haven’t dived with it yet, but I definitely update this review in the future. As of now I definitely recommend this watch. whether regular price or on sale it’s a great purchase. Se ve bonito, pero queda incomodo por lo menos para mi, y para colmo llego si bateria, lo devolvi y se tardan un mes en hacer la devolucion del dinero, no comprare mas esa marca. En resumen una total decepcion

This is a great design. The watch looks fantastic when it’s clean or dirty. It has taken the abuse I put it through on the farm and in my day to day. I haven’t found a scratch on the crystal yet. The hands and number positions glow with fantastic brightness for about 30 minutes. A quick shot from the flashlight recharges it immediately. I haven’t had to use it for diving yet so I cannot speak to the helium release. It’s a newer brand but they hit it out of the park. I'm looking to get one for each of my boys.

I have always wanted an authentic beefy scuba diving watch. It checked all my boxes on features a diving watch should have & all without breaking the bank. It’s basically a Seiko SKX diver watch with Seiko guts ! The only chink in this watches armor was the band. It’s beefy & hard & uncomfortable. I changed mine out for a muchhh more comfortable silicone band ordered on Amazon.
