Sturdy Bag for Homemade Bread!
I bought these bags to give loaves of bread to my family and friends--they're fantastic. Each bag will comfortably fit a loaf baked in a 9"x5" pan (for reference: loaves baked in the Le Creuset stoneware heritage pan or a USA Pans pullman loaf pan). The ziplock seal on the plastic bag is very tight. Although some people might find this feature inconvenient, it's good to keep it sealed when transporting heavier loaves. Because the bag is plastic and does have a very good seal, make sure you let your loaves cool completly before storing. :)

Perfect for sharing bread
I bought these to give bread to family and neighbors. The look very professional to give as a gift. (filled of course) they close tight. My loaf pans are a little bigger so my loaf bread does not sit right in the bag. It still fits, just not at the bottom. It will go in sideways. The folds at the bottom do not open wide enough. But for a smaller loaf pan it will do fine. It doesn't bother me, however, I just lay it sideways is all. they are heavy duty, and that what I was looking for. Not a flimsy bag that would tear. these will definitly NOT tear.

Seals tight
I got bit by the bread making bug about two months ago. I make about four loaves a week. These bags are much more convenient than plastic wrap. They're big enough for my bread machine loaves. They seal tight and keep freshness in. I use a felt tip marker to write the kind of bread inside. Easy to clean and they are reuseable. I have a loaf in one of these bags in the freezer to see how they work that way. And they're attractive too.

The Good and the Bad
Lesibag - 50 Packs Bread Bags to Keep Bread Fresh, Zippered Food Bag for Homemade Bread LoafIt didn’t start well. The package arrived in a single service box – no shipping box. The box was only secured with a piece of shipping tape about three inches long applied to the center of the opening. The opening corners of the box were open and separated. The product was not completely protected from outside sources. There were no instructions or information of any kind with the product. The Amazon description said that it had a zipper closure. There was no zipper slide piece. It all looked like the closure of a Zip Lock bag, but unlike a Zip Lock bag, I could not pull the closure apart. I could not open the bag at all.Amazon to the rescue! After contact with their “Help” function I received an email photo series from the seller showing how to open the bag. You must slide a thumb nail from each hand to the center of the closure at its end and pull it apart. That worked, but it wasn’t easy, and I doubt that my wife could do the trick. If she can’t, that will be a deal breaker. The description says that the bag is airtight. To test that claim I pumped air into the bag with the exhaust from a small vacuum cleaner until it was tight sealed the bag and let it rest for three days to see if the air leaked out. After The third day the bag was as tight as when I sealed it. The bag does seem to support their airtight claim.I have just finished baking bread in my 9 X 5-inch bread pan. The size of the finished loaf is 8.5” x 4.5” x 4”. It fits in the bag with little to spare. The tight fit is really a plus because when you close the bag with the zipper you can leave a small open space, fold the top over and squeeze most of the air out of the bag.The bag itself gets five stars, but the shipping and lack of any instructions gets zero stars, but you can’t show that. Because the product seems so good, I’ll settle for four stars overall. My wife says she will use the bag but will require me to open it

Great Bags but too small
I really like these bags. They just need to be a bigger size, it holds a small loaf. Two of my small loaves were even too big.
