Ouch but WOW.
I bought this just to test it out and see if this really worked. I bought the .05 for my face to start trying to regenerate the collagen in my face, espicially under my eyes. I also bought the peptide serum to compliment the procederé.I'm pretty good with pain so I have got my face pretty red at times and have even had some day parches but they went away quickly.I've been using it for a month 2 times a week and friends have asked me what I'm doing for my skin.I then saw that micro needling possibly helps with balding and have that grapefruit sized bald spot on the crown of my head. I've used it 4 times and each time my scale did breed but my face no so much.To my surprise I'm seeing the sigas of hair growth so I just purchased the 1.0 roller and some retinol to see if I can regrow my hair.... wouldnt that be amazing. I will definitely keep you all posted on the progress. All in all very pleased.

Fantastic!
Wish I could post pics but they all have my face in it lol. But this worked great and I’m still using it.It allowed me to grow my beard and when I went back home to visit this September my whole family was shocked. If you’re trying to grow a beard, I would by HIMS drops (not the foam) to go with this.My routine was:Hims Drops once in the morning before work and once when I got out the showerI would roll ONCE EVERY OTHER DAY, and do so before apply the HIMS drops AFTER I got out the showerApplying the HIMS drops with leave the area ashy, so I would apply Jamaican Castro Oil to the area before I clocked into work.. I would let it just be ashy after I rolled and applied the drops after the shower at night

Ergonomic and Effective: A Derma Roller That Delivers (Minus the Squeak)!
I recently started using a derma roller for hair growth, and it’s been a pretty straightforward experience. The roller is easy to use, and the ergonomic design makes it super comfortable to operate with one hand. It feels solid and does exactly what it’s supposed to.The only downside I’ve noticed is the loud squeaky noise it makes while rolling. It’s a bit annoying, but honestly, it doesn’t take away from the effectiveness of the product. Other than that, it works as advertised.Pros:Easy to use.Ergonomic design for single-hand use.Works as advertised for hair growth.Cons:Loud squeaky noise during use. Conclusion: If you’re looking for a derma roller to help with hair growth, this one gets the job done. Despite the squeaky noise, it’s easy to use, comfortable, and effective. A solid buy for anyone on a hair growth journey.

New to Derma Rolling
I am using this derma roller for fine lines and wrinkles on my face and neck. I have only been using it for about a week, so I cannot attest to its long-term results. I will update my review in about a month. However, what I can tell you is that for me personally, it is not painful. I can tell that it is very slightly piercing the skin, but again it’s not painful, just prickly. After using, my face is somewhat red and a little itchy for about 30 minutes, but it’s not anything that I cannot tolerate. I use hyaluronic acid and a moisturizer afterwards to add to the benefits of the roller.Make sure to clean the roller before using. It also comes with a plastic case.

No individual needles
I’ll stare with the positives: each package has the derma roller in a sealed pouch that you open when you use it, it’s better than nothing and it’s affordable. The cons, it’s not a real dermaroller with individual needles. This had these triangle shapes points and as you can see, they bend with use which will rip up your skin and could cause hyperpigmentation in darker skin colors and in the skin of people who are prone to inflammatory pigments. True, this is less likely to happen in a .25mm roller, but you should be aware of the possibility.I bought and used two of these and now I’m moving on to a roller that is see through and green where you can see the individually places needles. Those are about double the price of this one.

Sturdy, comes with case to put it in when not in use
Good, sturdy qualityComes with a little case to put it in that you can open and close. Definitely helps to protect it because this is not an item I want to accidentally grab.

Didn’t hurt
Got this to use with my vitamins c and snail mucin. I would say the needles are a good size because it didn’t hurt at all.

Starting to see results, but it hurts
I've been using this for about 4 weeks, in the hope of reducing my fine lines and signs of ageing especially on my neck. I'm 55 and although my face looks pretty good for my age, my neck has lost a lot of elasticity and looks very crepey. I'm quite self-conscious about my crinkly neck and have tried many creams, lotions and gadgets in an effort to improve the way it looks. This roller actually seems to be working!!I'll be the first to say, it's not fun to use. I have to steel myself to do it. And when I do manage to, I tend to roll the roller frantically to and fro across an area at high speed, rather than the slow gentle moves I've seen people using on videos. Let's be honest, it bloody hurts! Some areas of my face are more sensitive than others, but certainly it's not 'relaxing' as I saw one online reviewer describe it. I guess it's like the difference between slowly peeling back a plaster, and just ripping it off to get the pain over with.I use this probably 5 times a week. I know the instructions say to leave a few days between sessions to allow for healing but honestly, by the next morning there's no redness or anything and no further healing time seems needed.I use the roller last thing at night, after washing my face. Doing my face and neck vigorously takes about ten minutes altogether. My face looks a bit like sunburn straight afterwards but the redness dies down pretty quickly. It's not sore once I've stopped rolling, my face doesn't bleed or anything. I apply a Simple serum straight after, which doesn't sting. It's vital that you thoroughly clean the roller afterwards and then use a 70% alcohol spray to disinfect it between uses. After 4 weeks my skin does seem less papery thin and I think the crepeyness of my neck might be improving. My skin overall looks better although I can't exactly put my finger on why, I just seem to be glowing a bit ( in a good way! )I will definitely continue using this roller and in fact I've just ordered another with 0.7mm needles to accelerate the process
