Rustichella Orecchiette Pasta 250g (Pack of 3)

Excellent Orecchiette if a little bit pricey
Bought these on a whim but liked them so much that we now have them on "subscription" with Amazon. They are not made like the cheap ones you get in the supermarkets; they have a much rougher texture and are more opaque. As a consequence of the rough texture they hold much more sauce. They also (for whatever reason) have a much better inherent flavour than any I have found in supermarkets. Until a couple of years ago, Tesco did Orechiette in their "the best" (or whatever they call it) range and it was excellent. Sadly it is no more. But this is at least as good (even if it's twice the price).

Great quality orecchiette
After having bought alternative products here, this is the best quality version I have currently found.

Had this a lot on holiday in Puglia last year and loved it. Didn't buy any whilst we were there which was a shame. Some are very expensive to buy but this was very reasonable for 3 packs. Will buy again

Perfect for anything
These tiny shells look like little ears, I'm not kidding. They are really good coz they hold a fair amount of sauce inside of each shell and fits so perfectly in your mouth when cooked. I've used these for cold pasta salads and as evening meals and I love them.

Expensive but good
Good but expensive, would probably order again as I don't seem to be able to get it in any of my local supermarkets anymore

Good quality pasta
Good quality pasta. I also bought trofie pasta, which is difficult to buy locally.
