Very attractive, solid and well made. First class service from Cameron, the vendor, who notified me exactly when the courier would arrive and also put precise directions on the box containing the bookcase. The instructions for hanging were simple and useful. It is easy to hang provided you can measure accurately (you have to drill two holes which will support it in precisely the right place). It helps to have a spirit level. All in all thoroughly recommended and very far from being Chinese made self assembly rubbish. Good value.

Love this solid oak coat rack. Its not as large as I thought it might be but its just the right size for my hallway. The rack was delivered efficiently. I have given 4 stars rather than 5 because the box was damaged in transit and the hanging brackets were missing upon arrival. The coat rack was bubble wrapped so thankfully wasn't damaged.

This is a beautiful little piece of furniture. Solid oak, with a lovely colour and really well made. Fittings already on the reverse - just needs appropriate screws, which are completely hidden once the rack is on the wall. A far cry from the usual boring coat racks - this one is really stylish with a useful top shelf, lovely rounded corners and ample space for lots of coats. It has replaced a traditional coat stand and created lots more room in my hall. I just love it!!

Look nice but have some things I would like to highlight.1) I found some scratches as you can see on a photo (right side of the rack).2) Some of the hooks are not screwed straight and have a visible angle.3) Fitting kit - missingOverall good Rack but for this price job should be done perfectly.

Really pleased first class product great to just take it out the box and its ready to go. The top shelf i have all ready found handy, i put my keys there now.I needed just a little advice regarding fitting and called them what scows to use etc. I spoke to someone called cameron he were very helpful and i do like the fact that it looks as though it is floating on the wall with the fittings hidden on the back. I must mention the service as i received a phone call to ask when i would like it delivered i chose the day and it duly arrived with a text message to tell me exactly when it would be arriving. Perfect.

Fantastic shelves. I bought 2 sets for my ski chalet for hanging jackets and putting gloves and helmets on top. The shelves look brilliant and are extremely well made. Extremely happy with my purchase.

*** UPDATE ***Yabbyou contacted me after reading my original 3 star review below.The bloke on the phone (I forgot his name) was very nice & concerned about the issues I raised. He said it was a fair review, he agreed with my comments, & they had taken them into consideration & were now looking at ways to improve the product.He apologised for the shoddy hooks & explained it was a bad batch of hooks that slipped through the net. He sent me out some nice shiny chrome hooks & refunded half my purchase as compensation for the incoveneience of fixing the new hooks myself. They are also looking at a solution for the holes in the top shelf, & revising the mounting/ fixings.Well this is simply outstanding customer service. It is refreshing to see a seller with integrity that actually cares about customer satisfaction & not just profit. My rating for Yabbyou as a seller is easily 5 stars).--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ORIGINAL 3 STAR REVIEWIt looks nice & the Oak is finished to a good standard.However there are a several minor details which collectively detract from what could have neen a very nice coat rack.1. The metal hooks look & feel cheap. They have a rough texture to them like very fine sandpaper, and therefore have a very dull finish. They are nothing like the nice shiny polished hooks shown in the marketing photos.2. I may be wrong, but the hooks also seem a little thin & flimsy, and there is a very slight "flex" to them which doesnt exactly inspire confidence.. I have had several cheap £5 coatracks over the years, and even the cheap hooks have felt more robust & have had a nicer finish than these.3. The flat heads of the top screws fixing the hooks to the oak back board are not countersunk into the hook & and sit slightliy proud of the the rounded surface of the hook, which gives the appearance of not being the most appropriate screws for the job. (Surely round head / dome head screws would have been more suitable than flat head screws & would give a more elegant finish)4. The middle hook has been fixed slightly out of alignment & isnt quite vertical. Although it isnt out by much & is only a couple of degrees off the verical, it is actaully quite noticeable when the hook doesnt have a coat to covering it.5. The top shelf has been screwed down to the end brackets & back plate from the top. The 8 screws have been countersunk into 10mm diameter holes in the top of the shelf but the holes have just been left open and are not capped / covered. This is not a problem for most people awith the shelf up high you would never see the holes, but this coat rack is at the bottom of my stairs so every time you walk down the stairs you see the 8 x 10mm diameter holes, which looks rather ugly in what would have been a nice oak shelf. At the very least, for the sake of a few pence, some plastic caps sholud have been provided and even the cheapest MDF furniture has them. (I am now searching for some myself, but I shouldnt really have to.)So, to sum up, overall it's a nice looking & functional coat rack let down by the details mentioned above.If this cost £50 I would have have rated it 4 stars, but for £70 I expected slightly better & I feel this is a bit over-priced.However, I am sticking with it as it is the perfect sze for me, still looks nice (except when viewed from above), & I cant be bothered with the faff of returning it & searching for & purchashing a different one.

An excellent item that perfectly matches our new oak staircase. Solid construction and easy to hang on the wall. Superb service from the seller.
